Background
Bennett is a smoker who prefers the "smooth menthol flavor" of Stogie Slims. He hates Stellar Bay as it is now, calling it a "Lawsforgotten town" which has been "removed from any culture". He is nostalgic for the good old days of Board-affiliation, when the town could get regular shipments of Auntie Cleo's best and all the serials.[1]
