Charles Novak[1], now known as Charles from Accounting is a marauder on Gorgon. Charles is in possession of Special Delivery, a science weapon.
Background
Before becoming a marauder Charles used work as an accountant,[2] however, as he descended into madness, he took possession of the Special Delivery, a postal delivery system and replaced the packaging housing chamber with an explosive payload. Attempts were made by Diane to coax him into a calmer state, so as to retrieve the weapon, but he was no longer capable of recognising the Spacer's Choice jingle.

Notes
If the Stranger decides to kill Charles (it is possible to pickpocket him, steal his gear and let him be) and informs Khaleel, he would be upset about the fact Charles is dead: "He was just a real unusual character you know? Original. You don't see one like that every day. Gorgon's gonna be a little less interesting without him."
