Errors Unseen is a faction quest in the Outer Worlds.

Synopsis

Sanjar believes another company may be operating on Monarch illegally. If he can get proof, then he could use that as leverage to get MSI readmittted to the Halcyon Board.

Stage	Status	Description	Log Entry
1		Follow up with Catherine Malin	Sanjar believes Catherine would know where this other corporation is operating. See if you can get the location from her.
2		Investigate the Drop-Off Point	Someone hired Catherine's team to make blind supply drops at the bridge north of Fallbrook. Investigating the area may lead you to the proof you need.
3		Follow the Trail of Blood	Someone survived the attack at the drop point. Follow the blood trail to see if you can learn more.
4		Recover Proof of Corporate Presence on Monarch	From Arthur, you learned that the marauders who attacked came from a location up the hill, west of the bridge. If the marauders found the shipments, perhaps they can lead you to the secret facility, too.
5		Return to Sanjar with the Data Cartridge	You have evidence that UDL has been secretly developed a crowd control gas on Monarch. This is the proof Sanjar needs to make his appeal to the Board.

Notes

It is not necessary to speak to Catherine Malin to complete the quest, one can go directly to the UDL Lab. Rescuing Arthur only provides a clue as to its location.
