The Cascadia Bottling Plant is an unmarked location in the town of Cascadia on Monarch. It is located on the eastern half of the town, next to the door leading to the bridge.

Background[]

The bottling plant located in Cascadia was operated by Rizzo's until the company withdrew from Monarch due to the moon being deemed a dangerous and an infeasible workplace environment by Halcyon Holdings Corporate Board.[1] The Hazard Clause that was enacted on January 12th, 2343 required companies to evacuate within 6 months,[1] and the bottling plant was expected to maintain their exports until the day of the company's departure.[2] The workers of the bottling plant were not informed of the upcoming departure, aside from three employees, as they did not want the workers to think they would be reassigned[2] or cause an incident.[3] The bottling plant only received one shuttle for the evacuation because the evacuation effort was prioritized in order of profitability, mainly by export volume.[4] The priority of the bottling plant was Project Ptero, both in the operations of the plant[2] as well as which assets were prioritized in the evacuation effort.[3]

Layout[]

Ground floor[]

The main entrance of the building is on the northwestern side of the building. The first room upon entry from the ground floor door contains a Rizzo's Self-Serve Snack System vending machine and a reception desk with a terminal. An office in the back of the first floor has the terminal where Zora's executive review can be acquired, as well as a locked (Lockpick 35) safe. The stairs to the second floor are located opposite of the office.

2nd floor[]

The second floor can be accessed either through the stairs from the first floor or a ramp on the outside of the southeastern side leading to a locked (Lockpick 35) door. If entering by stairs, there is a terminal directly opposite of the stairs, next to five lockers. Nearby is another Rizzo's Self-Serve Snack System as well as a workbench. There is a small landing on the outside of the building that can be accessed by heading southwest from the stairs. The landing has a ladder to the roof of the building where the top of the wall of Cascadia can be jumped in order to reach the bridge connecting the two sides of Cascadia.
