A former mechanic of the Saltuna Cannery in Edgewater, there is now a writ of execution for him.
Guillaume is the French form of William, and Antrim was an alias used by Henry McCarty, also known as William Bonney - or Billy The Kid. When you turn in his finger for the bounty, Constable Reyes says "he was just a kid, last I saw him".
