Lenora Talley is a Stellar Bay trader who can be found in a forest area on Monarch, south of Stellar Bay Ruins (South) and Olympus Lovers Point. When encountered, she is being held hostage by Marauders. She runs a shop called 'Stellar Supplies' at the Fallbrook Crossroads.

Although Lenora is based out of Stellar Bay, she sets up shop at the Fallbrook Crossroads to cater to more "trail-blazing clientele". She is happy-go-lucky, believing that life is too short to be worried. She maintains this mindset, even after having been captured by Marauders.[1]
