The Stranger will acquire a distress signal upon accepting the quest The Distress Signal from Gladys on Groundbreaker. After listening to the distress signal, Roseway landing pad will unlock, allowing the Unreliable to land.
Background[]
Once the home of a prosperous settlement, Roseway now stands as a partly abandoned site. It is now a ramshackle excuse for a town, and visitors are encouraged to travel to other settlements instead.
