Freddie "the Scab" is a freelance salvager for SubLight. Although he often has altercations with fellow SubLight contractor, Trixie, the arguments only last while the pair are "on the job". When off the clock, the pair are a couple who get along quite well.[1]
Freddie's father was also a freelancer for SubLight.[2]

When entering the Sprat Shack bar for the first time, Freddie is in a heated discussion with Trixie over the ownership of a piece of salvage. Talking to either of them, will lead to Lex giving you the task of arbitrating their argument. After listening to both of their statements, you have several options you can take: you can side with Freddie, you can side with Trixie, you can side with neither of them, and, if you have completed the quest to become the VP of SubLight Salvage and Shipping Corporation, you can claim the salvage for SubLight, leaving neither of them with the salvage. If you side with either of them, the other will be upset, but you'll be given the same rewards. If you side with neither of them, they will both be upset. If you claim it for SubLight, they will be more surprised than upset, and won't hold a grudge. You will receive the most rewards by taking this path, which Lex will award you with.
