Sprats are a rat-like creature native to Terra 2. Sprat is an abbreviated contraction of Space Rat.[1]
Biology
Sprats are small, rodent-like creatures that are often treated as vermin by the residents of the Halcyon Colony, to the point that mechanical sentries have been deployed in the sewers beneath Byzantium to exterminate them. They can be found in settlements and camps across Terra 2, Monarch and even remote asteroids like Gorgon, they are also present onboard vessels like Groundbreaker.
Sprats are known to sometimes mutate into vicious and larger creatures.[Citation needed]
Sprats are voracious omnivores and are known to occasionally attack humans if there are enough sprats to swarm.
Variants
