Stellar Bay is a company town located on the planet Monarch. It is owned and operated by Monarch Stellar Industries.
Background
Stellar Bay is the largest saltuna producer on the Halcyon colony and used to be one of the most important suppliers of this resource.
However as the Board and the majority of the companies on the planet withdrew, one company acquired the planet from the Board via a legal loophole and rebranded themselves Monarch Stellar Industries. The Board, who retaliated by applying the Hazard Clause to Monarch, effectively placing the moon under indefinite embargo. Outside the city walls, the lands were overrun by the native wildlife, as well as marauders and outlaws.
