The Stellar Bay Apartments are a location in Stellar Bay on Monarch.
Background[]
Stellar Bay Apartments was previously inhabited by Braxton Hecht, the Chief Pescatological Health Manager for the Saltuna warehouse in Stellar Bay. It was also previously inhabited by Isaac, a man obsessed with Tossball games. It is inhabited by Laura, a drug addict. It is also inhabited by Celia Robbins, a middle manager and assistant to Sanjar Nandi.
Layout[]
The interior is in an L-shape. On the first floor, past the two vending machines to the south, is Isaac's apartment, where a grisly scene has taken place. On the upper floor to the south, above Isaac's apartment, is the apartment belonging to Braxton Hecht and Laura. A note entitled, Out for deliveries, is on the table, saying that Isaac would be back soon and telling Laura to stay out of his things. On the northern side of the upper floor is Celia Robbins' apartment. According to the terminal downstairs, "something foul is leaking" through the floor.

- According to the terminal inside (lower floor, northern side apartment), it could be inferred that the landlord (or the equivalent thereof) is Sanjar Nandi, as the resident contacts him about a housekeeping issue.
- It can also be inferred that the individual(s) residing in the above apartment were present for the Amber Heights massacre, as they state "I have rather sensitive nerves, and every time I hear your door, I think we're in the middle of another Amber Heights."
