Save all colonists without taking all chemicals[]

So, I don't know exactly what triggered it, but there is a way to save all the Hope colonists and only take some of the gas. I honestly have no idea what I did that resulted in that ending combo but it's possible.108.21.81.52 19:58, November 9, 2019 (UTC)

Maybe you gain/lose points for certain actions, and all the colonists are revived if you have enough points? I wish we could decompile the game code to get the exact requirements. —Pathoschild (talk) 14:44, November 10, 2019 (UTC)
I would also be curious about what the game code would reveal, namely because I do not see why the success in saving the colonists of the Hope is tied to two groups who have nothing to do with Phineas' research (the Iconoclasts and MSI). I would have expected the game code to tie the fate of the colonists to scientific matters, like potentially sparing Eva Chartrand. Lobsel Vith (talk) 02:29, December 6, 2019 (UTC)

"Ladder bug" ending[]

Where is the Parvatine ending caused by the bug?.  And so far, it is active, so it is a proper ending. —Magallanes05 (talk) 10:09, November 10, 2019 (UTC)

Each character has an ending slide if they die (regardless of how they died). For example, Parvati has an ending labeled "Let Parvati die in Supernova difficulty". The ladder bug isn't a separate ending, it's just a way to kill them without Supernova difficulty being enabled. —Pathoschild (talk) 17:19, November 10, 2019 (UTC)

Felix endings[]

Felix has another ending when supporting the board in which he remains permanently in your crew obeying "his boss" and growing bitter with age. Completed his quest without killing neither Harlow (by admitting you support the board) or Rufus and everytime he questioned helping the board I passed the inspiration check, but I dont really know what's the trigger. 190.198.103.56 19:41, November 16, 2019 (UTC)

Edgewater decline and abandonment[]

I killed everyone in the Botanical Gardens. I supported Welles. I don't remember what the exact words were. It mentioned that no one visited or no stranger visited except marauders who looted what was left of the cannery. Revan's Exile (talk) 13:06, 15 October 2021 (UTC)

Ellie[]

I supported Welles. I did her companion quest. I recruited her very late, right after Welles was kidnapped. I don't remember the exact words but it said her time with the stranger confirmed she didn't need anyone and with her getting the money from her life insurance she bought her own ship. She continued to adventure and sometimes even it was even legal. Revan's Exile (talk) 13:15, 15 October 2021 (UTC)

A more optimistic ending for Halcyon Helen during Supporting Welles side of the endings.[]

All interactions with Ruth and the captain were positive (when it came to the loss of her sister and what she should do with her life) and I got two slides for her that is more cheerful than the one that's currently on the wiki.

"Ruth Bellamy never forgot the words you said to her. She coped with Belinda's death by committing to live in a way that would make her sister proud. When the remnants of the colony banded together, Ruth Bellamy was there to help. She devoted her remaining years and resources to saving the colony."

"Years later, when the worst of the crisis had passed, aetherwaves returned to Halcyon's culture. An aging Ruth Bellamy tried her hand at directing. Her first aetherwave drama was dedicated to the memory of Belinda Bellamy, and to her old friend, Captain of the Unreliable" [1]
