The Man Who Chafed is a main quest in the Murder on Eridanos DLC.

Walkthrough

• Go to the Medical Center on the second floor of the Grand Colonial Hotel's lobby and speak with Dr. Goodnight or use her terminal.
• Go downstairs to Reception and speak to Concierge Halston to gain access to the VIP guest floor.
• Use the elevator to go to the VIP guest floor and speak to Spencer Woolrich.
• Use the Discrepancy Amplifier on the bottle in Spencer Woolrich's room.
• Go back down to the lobby and speak to Chef Anwar in the kitchen.
• Use the Discrepancy Amplifier on the dirty burner in the kitchen.
• Go to the island between the Grand Colonial Hotel and the Wilderness Exploitation Reserve and find Bellhop Owens.
• Search Bellhop Owens corpse for Bellhop Owens' Invoice.
• Contact Sedrick Kincannon on the terminal at the Bridge: Hotel to Spaceport POI.
• Cross the bridge and enter the Piraeus Spaceport.
• Enter the Constabulary and speak to Deputy Wine-Taster 306-B.
• Pay the deputy 500 bits for the Kitchen Security Footage or find the Constabulary Terminal Keycard for the Constabulary Terminal.
  • Continue exploring the Constabulary until you find Constable Keene's body.
  • Use the Discrepancy Amplifier on her body then pick up the Constabulary Terminal Keycard on the desk.
  • Use the keycard on the terminal to acquire the Kitchen Security Footage.
• Go to the VIP guest floor and speak to Spencer Woolrich again.
• Go to The Penthouse and report to Administrator Ludovico.

3		Speak with Spencer Woolrich	The autopsy report noted that Spencer Woolrich had complained of intense stomach ailment recently, raising the possibility that whoever poisoned Helen also poisoned Spencer. Speak with him in his room on the VIP Guest Floor. You discovered a liquor bottle in Spencer's room that contained traces of pteroray bile. Reward: 15,833xp
4		Speak with Chef Anwar	Spencer claimed that someone had poisoned his meal right around the time of Helen's murder. He said had frequent arguments about his meal preparation with Chef Anwar, The Grand Colonial's premier chef. It's possible that the chef is involved in Helen's poisoning. Reward: 15,833xp
5		Speak with Bellhop Owens	Bellhop Owens was responsible for taking meals up to the VIP quests, suggesting Owens may have had something to do with the poisonings. The bellhop was last seen heading to the Wilderness Exploitation Reserve. Reward: 15,833xp
6		Wait for Piraeus Spaceport Access	You currently don't have access to Piraeus Spaceport. Obtaining the kitchen security footage from the constabulary will have to wait. Reward: 15,833xp?
7		Search Owens' Corpse	So much for questioning Bellhop Owens - he seems to have met his end at the fins of a flock of pterorays. You still might be able to find useful information about Helen's poisoning on his corpse. Reward: 15,833xp and Bellhop Owens' Invoice
8		Retrieve the Kitchen's Security Footage	Security footage of the kitchen would verify that Chef Anwar wasn't the only one handling food in the kitchen. Even if the footage doesn't exonerate him, it at least casts some doubt that he was the poisoner. The footage can be retrieved from the constable's officer at the docks. SLUG has set the price for downloading a copy of the hotel's kitchen security footage at 500 bits. Reward: 15,833xp and Kitchen Security Footage.
10		Report to Administrator Ludovico	You've determined that Spencer Woolrich was behind Helen's poisoning, but he maintains his innocence of her murder. You should report to Administrator Ludovico at the penthouse terminal in the Grand Colonial and decide what to tell him about Woolrich. Reward: 95,003xp, 2000 bits and +2% Rizzo's rep
