A tape containing the series finale of the aetherwave serial, The Masked Marketeer. It can be given to Zoe Chandler to convince her to return to the Deserters.

- Given to the Stranger by Stefan Garcia during A Few Kindred Spirits. Once Zoe Chandler has been met, return to Stefan before convincing Zoe to return and he will hand over the tape after some convincing.
- Can be pickpocketed/looted off of Stefan Garcia.
