Can be found in the Stranger's quarters after completing the SubLight quest line and only if Clive Lumbergh was killed.
If Clive was spared during the quest line, one can still go back and kill him to get the weapon. However, if Clive Lumbergh was never met and the quest was completed by poisoning the cystypigs, Clive will not be in his office to kill after SubLight takes over the factory.
Bugs[]
- While the Negotiator stats report that it fires two shots in succession, in actuality it fires three.
